Responsible Gambling

We promote responsible gambling and abide by the Gambling Act 2005. We are committed to ensuring gambling is fair and open, free from crime and children and vulnerable people are protected from harm.

We ask all supporters to think about why they are playing the lottery and if they have the means to afford the gambling activity. If you’re worries about the effects of gambling on you, or someone you know, you can find further information at begambleaware.org or by calling the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133.

Should you wish to block gambling more widely you may find the following webpage helpful https://www.gamcare.org.uk/self-help/blocking-software/ which details a list of services who aim to block gambling content on your devices.

When joining the lottery we will check the player is 18 or over and is a resident of Great Britain. We will limit the number of entries allowed in the lottery by an individual, please refer to our terms and conditions for more information.

On request we will cancel a players entry into the lottery and exclude the individual for a minimum of six months. We will also exclude the player from any further gambling marketing. If you would like to self-exclude please download and return this form or reach out directly to 0330 002 1398

Please note due to Gambling Commission rules we do not accept credit card payments for lottery entries.

We welcome your feedback on how we can improve. If you would like to make a complaint please contact us directly. You can find our full complaints policy within our terms and conditions.
